Author of the book and film franchise Lion of War, Cliff Graham partnered with us to design his brand to connect on a deeper level with his audience. Cliff’s writing draws from his background in the military and often touches on overcoming life’s challenges.

The site evokes a feeling of adventure and strength—connecting directly with Cliff’s audience—and integrates a user-friendly navigation and backend CMS.

We treated the visuals in a manner that would bring a cinematic quality and edge to match the tone of Cliff’s writing, and create a sense of depth.

To correspond with the logo, we created unique graphical badges for each section. The distressed, letterpress vector marks help give the site a rich organic tone.
